Portugal Day, Feast, Festival, Parade, Celebration…
We’ll just call it Portugal Day for the sake of getting to the point. The following are the dates for Portugal Day 2009 in the Ironbound – Newark, New Jersey. This event is in it’s 30th year!
The Portugal Day weekend will take place from Saturday, June 13 to Sunday, June 14. There are a number of other events taking place starting on June 6 but the “main events,” if you will, are scheduled for June 13-14.

Feast was great this year, it was so much fun! I loved the fact that the rain didn’t scare anyone away Saturday night. Can’t wait for next years party.
